Hotel was just a disappointment

Hotel was just a disappointment please don't stay in this hotel. Rooms are full of suffocation better to sleep on footpath interior was black can you imagine the room with totally black lit room, dirty room. Lifts also not working properly in one line everything is waste of money.

They made us compulsory to deposit 1000 TBH as security deposit before check in. It was not the condition stated anywhere in your documents. Also room is very small and not provided with even a cupboard and kettle. We have to go outside of room every time for hot water for making tea or coffee. They have not provided us pickup or drop facility as probable stated by you.

The hotel is near Indian restaurants and Indra market with lot of eating options to choose from. For business and shoppers this is a hotel to be in. Rooms are a little small but the purpose is solved if you are looking to stay for shopping or business.

Worst experience .. Rooms were like hospital rooms and white walls .. It was a sick experience not at all worth staying here at the cost they charge you get better options. The breakfast was only focused for Thai people and not recommend for Indians to stay here

Nice location, walkable to any famous shopping areas around in Bangkok. No food or restaurant facilities available in the hotel, need to get out. Have help desk for all tourism needs. Rooms can be better as per tariff taken.
