The hotel is well maintained, however the staff and thr services are poor. Being from a hospitality industry, the staff at the reception doesn’t know how to smile, greet or be accommodative to guest request. You kind of dont feel welcomed. Accept for the fnb and housekeeping staff, they were nice and helping. Although the breakfast spread was not that great, but they managed to serve some good food. It has seven 11 nearby so we were able to grab a few things needed in the late hours. Overall stay was comfortable, however the staff attitude needs to change

The property was good and rooms were also good. The food in the hotel was so so, as I am a vegetarian, so for me food was not good & up-to-date. The hotel is near the metro station, so it's convenient if somebody wants to use the metro.

Good stay as per price. There was less options in breakfast buffet. Hotel was near main road and metro station.

While we having breakfast , they stop buffet on about exact 1minute before 10am . They should not allowed new people after 10am but for those who are seated inside restaurant , let them complete their breakfast . Not any option available for Indian . Waste of money on breakfast . No hot milk . Only pork , beef , chicken everywhere . No hot water in room . In night the male staff on reception is rudely behaving .

the stay was good and quiet, they asked for a deposit of 500 bhatt and returned immediately on checkout, checkin and checkout was smooth.

I didn't like the behaviour of staff in reception. the one room we got on 4th floor and no lift fecility is available. they have rooms in 1st and 2nd floor but they gave intentionally. very bad experience. we had booked for 3 person there are only two occupancy room. location is very outer
