We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent, with many major attractions close by, which made getting around very convenient.
Dining on the 78th floor and experiencing the revolving deck on the 84th floor were truly memorable highlights. The complimentary breakfast spread was extensive with a wide variety of options, almost too many to try in one meal!
There is, however, some scope for improving the room maintenance, which would further enhance the overall experience.
Overall, it was a good and enjoyable stay.

All in all, we are so glad that you had a pleasant & enjoyable stay at our hotel and were also pleased with our courteous & helpful staff, our convenient location, our breakfast spread with wide variety of options and the memorable highlights of dining spree on 78th floor and the city exploring experience at the Revolving Viewpoint on 84th floor. Nonetheless, we are aware that there are some spaces that need the facelift and currently our guest rooms and all public areas are now in the progress of upgrading for the more modern look, however, in view of the high occupancy and the work has also must be done behind the public sight so as to avoid all disturbances of the refurbishing process, plus the huge spaces of the premise, it will take a bit of time to cover all areas.
