The ambience and cleanliness was very good. Unfortunately they did not have any room services available and also had not posted about the same on their booking site which was a bummer. The staff was cordial but the breakfast services were very very average for a vegetarian as there were absolutely no prions other than 2 types of cut fruits/ breads/ cornflakes. Though the restaurant staff was friendly enough to work out spaghetti and a club sandwich without any fish, meat, egg in our request.

It was a comfortable stay, the staff, the environment is very warm, very helpful. If you are stuck or look lost even before you asking them because of your hesitation they would come and help you out. The food, the services were great, property location is peak, close to the co-ex mall and also for that matter lotto world

The hotel is extremely comfortable to reach to. Though, located in gangnam, it had bus and train access within 5 minutes of reach. The rooms are spacious and the entire property is well maintained. They should hire few people who know english for people travel-ling from other countries.

Location is far away from city, i choose only because to see han river from room. But hotel riviera didn't gave river view room and also twin bed given for single person because of that i could not able to sleep well on single bed. I stayed in room number 602 of which toilet door was not closing properly. Ac functionality is very poor can't adjust properly and room doesn't have proper lighting system. Tv main switch was not running so could not able to see tv also

My stat was pleasant. This is the third time I am staying here. It is located very close to COEX where most of the conferences and meetings occur. So all of my three business visits were nice. There is Limousine bus every 15 minutes between airport and city ; this bus stops right at the entrance of this hotel.
