It's a great hotel if you are planning to spend most of your day in the city or at work. The rooms are clean and well kept. Plenty of dining options on the same street within 5 mins walking distance. The neighborhoods of katong, joo chi-at and siglap offer some of the best local restaurants, cafes, and shopping centres.

The hotel staff is polite and friendly. Especially merry pan one of the staff members on the reception. She made us feel like home. She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting singapore.

The Hotel is conveniently located. There are good eateries nearby. Hotel staff is polite and courteous. Rooms are neat and clean. Rooms are a bit small but then for the tariff the Hotel charges, it's great value for money.

We had a very good stay at Grand Santa Hotel on the east cost

Food was very good with lots of varieties. Staff was very helpful at all times in helping us understand how to commute by train and coaches all over the country as taxi fare is very expensive. We plan to re-visit Singapore during our next vacations.
