Very artistic hotel and enjoyed their hospitality. We had mailed for an early morning check in and they had accepted and greeted us at 4.30am and upgraded to a King bed instead of double bed. Around 1km walk to Little India to explore and get Indian food. Subway (Veg options) available opposite to the property

The staff was very courteous - everything was to the point tich and great. Food was great. Since we were in club room - the staff i should say specially the guy who was there ensured to take care of every little thing for us.

location is excellent, near to most of tourist attractions and besides MRT and Taxi stand. rooms are pretty big, difficult to locate hotels with such big rooms. they have great facilities, with club, lounge, confectioners, baking shop, swimming pool and fitness center within the property.

it was an excellent experience. wonderful amenities. metro station and bus stop in just outside the hotel only. without the help and guidance of the staff, I wouldn't have been able to move around in the city. not just hotel staff, but people, the metro station staff have been wonderful l. if ever think of coming back for vacation again, will be staying here only

Stayed for 4 days for a family vacation. The location of hotel is convenient, near to mrt/bus stations. Room is comfortable and decent sized according to singapore standards. But service is little poor (reception stopped picking up after 1st day. Also the floor carpet could have better cleaning.

The hotel is at great location. The MRT station and the bus stop is right next to the hotel so this makes it very convenient for conveyance. The house keeping staffs are too good but the front desk staffs are very ill mannered. Even if the rooms are vacant they will not give you early check in before half an hour. Swimming pool and suana everything was closed, that was really disappointing. Stay was comfortable.
