Hi, rooms are good, neat and clean but bathing area is very small. Pool and gym is awesome and guest service is supercool. Staff is very helpful and Indians are also serving you at their best. Help in getting the universal charger for my phone. Overall good stay.

Poor Stay

The first room allocated to me on my arrival, its AC was not working & the room got changed after 2hrs. The TV in the room was new I guess, but the broadcast was of the poorest level. The water split in the bathroom despite the door of bathing area was closed. The bathroom became untidy. The fruits in the Breakfast did not feel like fresh. I stayed at Crown Plaza Al Khobar last Thursday when I arrived in the kingdom, the hotel in Al Khobar was far more superior in every sense than the one in Riyadh. I am sorry about writing all this, but sometimes the things have to be told. By the way , it was my third consecutive stay in 3 years in Riyadh.

The hotel is centrally located in a peaceful area without the noise of traffic. They have a delicious breakfast spread both veg and non veg. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, clean beds and toilets, all toiletries more than your need. Water temperature is very good for showers. You've got the iron with the ironing board, hair drier and weighing scale. Accessible charging ports next to the bed and the breakfast table. Well lit rooms. The staff is polite, respectful and helpful. I would like to say that my requests were fulfilled in just one call. Never had to call them twice. And i had faced a problem with my laptop charger and it was fixed in such a wonderful manner, even though it wasnt their problem to get fixed. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Kudos to the. I'll recommend to all.
