My week at Vr Queen Suites

It was an amazing stay for the whole week. The Hotel is very clean and staff very courteous who address any matter in quickest time. The location is strategic on queens Road in Auckland CBD which makes it convenient to cover the whole Auckland with well connected transport, rooms are well appointed with all necessary electrical appliances and cutlery. House keeping is excellent and front office staff like Karan go out of the way to help including guiding tourists. Overall a very pleasant experience wanting to come back and stay there again. A bit pricey which I hope can be addressed.

Room carpet was frayed and not vacuumed daily. We had taken a suite, but the bedroom was very small and less space for baggage. Living room and kitchen was triangular and odd shaped. But the staff were excellent and that made up for everything.
