Hotel Lisboa

Nice and clean property, very helpful reception desk, specially mr benjamin. They allowed early check in. Housekeeping services were top notch. Super fast check out. I had a pleasant stay with my family. I would request them to have some casino experience tour for the guests. It would make it even more wonderful.

Didn't get a early check-in as requested, they were like if you upgrade we'll give you a room. Generally disappointed with the room quality for a 5 star property. Casino was the most disappointing.

I got a great deal on make my trip. The location is very near the ruins and casinos. The room is spacious with free drinks from the mini bar and they have a shuttle to and from Macau ferry terminal.

I choose this property for my husbands birthday and when the receptionist came to know about the same she tried her level best and got our room upgraded with few of the complimentary drinks when you plan for Macau central this is the spot to be visited ❤️.

The Hotel is too big and it's very easy to get lost which wastes lot of time. The signboard system needs to be updated, it's not very helpful.

The location is at the centre of Macau. But Cotai area is far better.

Great hotel. Right in the casino district. All aspects of the hotel were fab. But I liked the antiques collection of the hotel, displayed around the front desk. Good food in the hotel itself but lots of small restaurants in walking distance.

Stay was comfortable. Casino is average. Value for money hotel. Check in took more time than expected. The hotel and room interiors are a bit old style. Best part is its central location from where everything in Macau is very accessible

Amazing hotel. We got an upgrade at the hotel from deluxe to king size room. The hotel ambience was very nice and it was so huge. Loved the service. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi. Loved the view from the room.

Located right in the heart of Macau casino and shopping area. It was very easy to reach the hotel from Airport/ferry terminal via shuttle service run by Lisboa hotel or others nearby casinos, taxi and local busses were also available. Large, clean and cosy rooms. Good housekeeping service and complimentary drinks on mini freezer. Will definitely visit again.

The location was awesome, all the casinos are near by. It was my husbands birthday, they have given us the city view room along with some birthday present, which was a surprise for us. The rooms are very big, food was awesome with the reasonable price. By mistake a glass has fallen down and broken, it was around 3am in the morning. But the staff was so good that they came immediately to make the room. We planned to go by taxi from hotel to Macau tower, then one of the hotel staff has told us that the taxi charges are too high and explained us the route and gave us the bus numbers to reach Macau tower. The bus stop is quiet opposite to the hotel, which was so great.
