Hotel is located in heart of the city westlands. Surrounded by many good food joints & Indian hotels. Hotels has in house restaurant which offers nice Indian food. Ambience is nice.

Excellent staff and their courteous services, tasty food including Indian food, good room. I extended stay for 2 days and might again extend for more days. Safe place for travelers.

My stay at PrideInn Hotel Westlands, Nairobi

I enjoyed my stay in Nairobi at Pride Inn Westlands. (1)The room I stayed in needed repairs to the furniture, shelves and plumbing equipment in the washroom. (2)The plugs are all flat pin and do not take round pin plugs. Universal plugs should be installed in all the rooms to assist travelers from all countries. (3)The reception staff could be more professional. They should check the booking status, payments, etc while checking in and checking out and complete all mandatory requirements. I booked the room more than three weeks in advance with the advance payment made online and still on the day when I checked out, I could not get an invoice as the reception staff told me that the payment hadn't been credited to the hotel account which was surprising. (4)The room service and housekeeping staff need to be more professional and proactive while assisting the guests. But generally the staff were very welcoming and willing to help. Definitely there is work to be done on standardization of quality across all guest rooms in the same price category. I stayed for a day each in two different rooms and in my opinion one room was much better than the other. I would definitely like to stay here during my next visit provided the suggested improvements are made.

Very good service. Indian food was excellent!

Room was good. Staff was nice & attentive. They responded to all requirements in time. Location is very good. All my work area were very close by. Commutation was very easy. Hotel can arrange taxi for you.
