Good Stay
Manager uberdu gave us one big room and one small room which was a problem for us. We asked to fix this and Mohammed didnt do anything on first night or second night. He came up with a solution on our third night when we were already tired. He offered connecting rooms but we didnt take it as we were tired walking whole day and had no energy to change rooms on third night which was our last night. He tried to help us. He gave us complimentary breakfast next day. Another manager Uberdu met us at breakfast and even though he wanted to apologize for inconvenience, he mentioned that they never offer complimentary breakfast which sounded bad as if he is doing a favor. This didnt sound good even though it was unintentional, as we were having breakfast at that time. We had booked 2 same type rooms and paid same price for both then why one was big and small?? We have paid so he is not doing by favor by giving breakfast complimentary in order to make us happy. He should have Infact given us 2 equal rooms close to each other, in the first place. We denied taking the upgrade since only one night was left. I appreciate Mohammed for offering it. Breakfast is the least compensation as we denied an upgrade the night before. Compared to that, breakfast was not a big deal. Anyway he only asked what he can do for us,but thats it. He asked if he can call our next hotel in petra and make our stay good, and he did call them which I appreciate. But our time in amman was gone. Being a family we stayed far and in one big one small room while paying same price for both. Not very ethical of radisson to take money and give such service. Rooms are clean , house keeping is good. Room decor is stylish. Bathrooms are clean. Front staff who is supposed to get luggage is least interested.
