Mystays Premier Omori - comfortable family oriented place for stay

The property's location was excellent - walking distance from two metro stations and not too far from Haneda Airport. We did not have food in the facility, nor did we use the laundry facilities-there are 3-4 restaurants/pubs/bars nearby. It is a residential area and generally very quiet and relaxed. The services were good - we borrowed an iron from the hotel which was made available promptly. On the day of our departure, the Airport Shuttle had broken down so we were aware that we would have to take a taxi to the airport.

We reached hotel at 12 and check in was after 3 pm. No flexibility. No water at the reception. Not even a single seat to sit and wait till check in. When we came to room late evening, room was too hot and there was no way to bring the temp down quickly. Could not sleep almost the entire night. In the restaurant no veg option.

This Hotel is conveniently located close to Omori Station. Has all the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Reception staff is very polite and well trained.

Never book this Hotel ever.

This is worldwide first hotel who don't serve complimentary water to guests. When you ask for water they suggest you for tab water of bathroom. Serves you short items in breakfast. Aircon is worst in room you need fan with it. We booked for 5 + 2 nights with family. They don't serve breakfast to children. You have to pay extra for it. Don't ever book this hotel.

Overall, A great hotel. It would have helped if they had a shuttle to Omori/Shinagawa stations. They took care of our bags until we left for the next destination. Room was clean with many amenities for our use.
