The room was out-dated. The buffet breakfast was average. They did not even have a coffee vending machine. Even the staff was not very hospitable. The only pro was that the property was in good location near ginza market. Lot of convenience stores in the vicinity

Don’t do enough for customer delight.

For the price one pays, the quality isn’t that great. They don’t do anything to delight a customer. I was booked for a higher category room for different dates. They preferred to downgrade me in lower category room for one night room mismatch against my four nights booking. In fact for getting back to the rooms of my booking or choice i had to pay extra for upgrading from downgraded room. I like the property for its location and convenience.

Diwa roynet hotel ginza is in the middle of ginza and close to tokyo station. It's a well-appointed hotel but is clearly meant for business travellers. The room was a bit small but clean and with all amenities. Weirdly there was no coffee sachet in the room, only green tea - but that is a minor issue. Checkout was easy as there was a machine in the lobby. Buffet breakfast was decent.

Fantastic property, very convenient location for tourists to find a taxi or public transport or just a stone throw away to the shopping street of ginza. Food was decent. And they have got the best hygiene and very decent crowd at the hotel.
