I stayed in the hotel for two nights and found it quite comfortable. It's right next to the metro station, which makes it very convenient. The rooms are a bit small, but clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful, and the breakfast spread was nice with lots of options in cakes, juices, cold meat. The lift is quite tiny and needs you to take two flights of stairs; so be conscious of that if you have a lot of luggage.

The location is great, but that is the only good thing about this hotel. We requested a room on a higher floor, and they ended up giving us two tiny single rooms. We are a husband and wife traveling together, how do we stay in two tiny rooms with single beds. When asked if we could move to a double room as we had booked, they said they were sold out. The linens are very uncomfortable and scratchy. It made sleeping in the beds almost impossible. The bathrooms were also miniscule. Have stayed in 4 star hotels all over italy during our trip, this was the worst one. The breakfast buffet was standard italian breakfast.

Though I had fully paid the tariff for 4 nights during booking on MakeMyTrip, I was charged an additional Euros by the hotel at the time of check out. This was totally unexpected. There was also no proper explanation for this from the hotel. The room is so small even for a solo traveler. The shower enclosure is pathetically tiny.

The hotel is at a very good location, exactly next door to Vittorio Emanuele station and is just a km from Collosseoum. The hotel is a family friendly hotel, nicely clean and well kept, staff is friendly. Breakfast spread is good, food and drinks in the restaurant are reasonably priced. They also invited us for a drink on an evening, Roberto, president of the hotel was a great host, advised us on what to do in Rome. We also asked hotel for some cabs and they were priced same as the cabs outside. I will really recommend this hotel to families.
