My stay was wonderful at the ubud village resort. Service was prompt and great. However, the area near the restaurant was under maintenance so there was a little noise. Also, Service during dinner could have been better. The resort may have few activities for children which was lacking. However, our stay was great overall.

It hotel was itself amazing with beautiful location and the villas were comfy and spacious, had unique concept of bathing, doing poo with the fishes, after noon tea, welcome drink, breakfast, location, rooms, cleaniness, room services, hospitality everything 10/10, points to improve - can have resort activities like yoga or maybe some performance during the breakfast

Location and food was good. The resort needs to take additional care about condition of the amenities in the room and have to improve on customer service.
The bath tub was filling with drain water twice even after complaining. No hot water in the shower or anywhere since the system was broken. Had to wait for two hours to get it fixed.

Stay at The Ubud Village Resort is totally worth. One of the best locations to be at Bali, if one likes art and culture. Hotel's facility is superb, especially the property. A sure shot location to escape from the hustle bustle of town.

It ذا أوبود فيليدج ريزورت آند سبا was itself amazing with beautiful location and the villas were comfy and spacious, had unique concept of bathing, doing poo with the fishes, after noon tea, welcome drink, breakfast, location, rooms, cleaniness, room services, hospitality everything 10/10, points to improve - can have resort activities like yoga or maybe some performance during the breakfast
