Room was huge. We stayed i suite for 3 days. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Only problem we faced was very limited food items for vegetarians. They should include as many items for vegetarians as there are for non-vegetarians

Great hotel ! clean, neat, tidy. Good breakfast though not many options in vegetarian. Staff is awesome. Hotel has around 3 big swimming pools, a spa, a garden, all shopping and supermarkets at a very close distance. All in all a great stay

Amazing staff and awesome stay

The property was well maintained with lots of greenery. The pool was clean; we enjoyed immensely. Food was delicious, we loved their burgers and pasta. Highly recommend pancakes in breakfast. Service was good. We booked a two room villa and it was beautiful. Must visit.

The rooms are decent. Staff if-ls very good. Good spa.

Overall experience was good. Clean and hygienic place. Vegetarian can skip to include breakfast while booking as they only have fruits for vegetarians but you will find Indian restaurants on walking distance.

One of the worst hotel we have ever stayed. They don't have a charging port compatible with usual chargers, we had checked into the room around 8pm, when we realized it and had asked for adapter, they dint help us out. Quite rude receptionist, they told they will call back n dint respond at all. Almost after trying for 2 hrs. My husband himself (its a new city, we dint know wer shops are)went outside late at night to get adapter. They dint even guide us or help us in anyway. Balcony door was stuck almost everyday. Flush also had some issues. Never go to this hotel. They ruined 1 day of our bali trip. Worst service.

Location is great, lot of restaurants, shops nearby. We stayed in suite and room was really good. Staff was very nice. My only issue was the lighting in rooms is very low. Other than that no complaints. Overall a good hotel.

The property is located on The main market Road of Seminyak. The hotel is well maintained and would recommend to others as well.

When we, me and my wife arrived at the hotel Around 3:00 Pm, they offered us a room with a twin bed as they don't have any room with king or queen size bed we specifically selected room with king size. After we requested they provided us a room in their suite which is not an upgrade this room was only a part of two bk suites. Rest of the stay was fine. WiFi, Amenities, Room size, Location, Pool, Room service. Cons- Room need renovation. Tiles were broken and old. Gives us a felling of very old and cheap hotel room. Ac it is working but not that efficiently. Overall our stay was the good. I will recommend this hotel, there are few problems but they are not a very big concern if your stay is short.
Location, amenities, room size, WiFi everything was great except maintenance of the room. The room need renovation. The tiles were cracked and the wash-basin also had the same problem.

All the services provided to us was good.
There were only 2 small water bottles provided per day but we needed more complementary bottles per day that's the only dislike point.

The room service is really bad but the location of the hotel is very good.

1. Nice location and ambience . 2. Near boutique clothes shop, money changer, restaurants . 3 Good service. 4. Very little food options for vegetarians . 5. Good drivers available for day Tours (specially Mr Gede).

This hotel though in seminayk but the property is very old. The service is not good at all. Some many cockroaches inside the room and on the bed. Lizards are everywhere making things worst. Our checking was at 2 but had to wait for almost 1 hr extra at Looby. That was irritating. When we asked to change the rooms they didn't coperate at all. AC was very bad, not working at all. Even after calling the maintenance it was not rectified at all. Overall very poor and bad hotelm Wouldn't recommend.
