Economical for longer stay, can avoid for short stay

Positives: close from ubud palace and ubud market. Economical per day cost. Room exteriors are really nice. Negatives: breakfast options. Wifi stability. Vegetarian options not available for breakfast. Would have been great if they could arrange something simple like a basic fulfill-ling sandwich toast. Second day, i had to look for breakfast outside, but surrounding areas do not have much good breakfast options as well. Breakfast was a real deal breaker for me.

Only good thing about property is their location. Rooms are bad. Breakfast is not upto the mark and wifi was terrible.

This wonderful property exudes a sense of ancient charm, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The generously sized rooms are perfect for a family of three (parents and one child) and are impeccably maintained by the owner. The staff is exceptionally courteous, friendly, and cooperative. However, the internet connection within the room may be unreliable, and the hotel's location is nestled within a narrow lane, making it inaccessible for vehicles to reach the front of the hotel.
