Nice location, clean rooms, welcoming staff. Just a walking distance from beach and other restaurants.

Best location, close to market and beach. Clean enough for a pleasant stay. They don’t have much amenities but it’s worth and value for money.

+Great location . Plenty of eatery stations, bars, Minimarket. Close proximity to Legian street & beach .helpful staffsRooms are neat -You have to buy soap & shampoo. So better keep ready before you arrive. You can also buy at Mini market which is just next door to this hotel. No kettle & coffee makers. As I said you can buy at Mini market & can request the staff to provide kettle. They helped me. So no issues.No handshower in toilet. So I called the staff & he made some demo. Luckily toilet closet contains water dispenser/ mini hoes to spill the water. First time I had seen such toilet closet. I would request hotel management to provide water hoes pipe in toilet. I don't think it's such an expensive material 😀

Room was stinking as there was no ventilation, lift was not working, we had to use stairs to go to fifth floor,

Hotel was good environment but room was a bit old as well as fittings to second thing corridor was terrible to walk bcoz ac outdoors unit apart from dis it has a beautiful breakfast facility i loved it located in the centre of kuta beach

Hotel is in good location rooms are big enough for upto 3pax & no food service after covid no issue

We booked this hotel for 1 night. Check in experience was good. Staff behaviour was also pretty decent, no complain in it. My main concern was the room quality. They first offer us a room when we entered in the room the floor was completely flooded with water from ac. Again they have changed the room the room was good at first then when we open the tap in the basin we completely drenched from the water leakage behind the tap. As this was our first night after a long flight so we did not informed and managed to spent the night without using the basin and left tomorrow morning.

Although staff is very humble and cooperative, but the hotel is in very bad state. Wifi signals are not good in some rooms, although they changed our room where signals are good. Washrooms are not good, so much smell in hotel. They sprayed room freshener on our request. Probably good for bachelors only those want to stay in a budget hotel otherwise very bad for couples/family.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It’s not the same anymore. The whole building is under renovation. The rooms stink, the bathrooms leak, the ac does not work and is clogged with dust. It gave us severe dust allergy. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They did not change the sheets or even give us the complementary water bottles. The booking was with breakfast but at the time of check in they said that there was no breakfast. After talking to them they reconfirmed that it was with breakfast. Through the night, the wi-fi did not work and the staff despite understanding english, pretended as though they did not. They rather laughed at all our turmoil. The next morning they provided breakfast to fill the stomach of a bird. The food was terrible and insufficient. Ultimately i checked out without continuing my stay there

Ok but no so good for family

Value for money, I will visit again, it was pleasant to stay there.

Don't take rooms on right side as there is no building right side of hotel, you feel hot inside the room even after running AC for more than 5 hours. Stayed for 2 days first day got room on 3rd floor, whole night sweating as I got room, second day got other room but still right side room so AC was not cooling the room much. Other than that no issues. Can be used for single day before flight or after flight.

Not a bad experience, quality equivalent to the money spent.

Everything was good about the hotel. Breakfast was average. But people who are on a tight budget can opt for this hotel. The market and beach is easily accessible. The hotel also provides scooters for rent, if you have a room in the same hotel they may give you for a cheaper price.

Best hotel worth to price with excellent staff, they helped us a lot in all ways. They even guide us in many ways. The shopping place which they told us was awesome that is Krishna market. Go and do shopping there.

I had booked "Superior double or twin" room for 03 nights and "Delux room" for 01 night to stay with my wife. Pros: Clean room, Staff are good, good WiFi, location is very good. Cons: For first night they had provided us a room with twin bed. It was disappointing for me and my wife. From second night we got room with double bed. Another problem is, in toilet has no hand shower. AC was not proper cooling

This is really nice and clean hotel. The location also great, room services and the environment nice. Considering the room rent it is really value for money and comfortable. We liked it and recommend to others to get the service with cheap rate. Thanks
