Excellent Stay

Fabulous, the stay was outstanding, food was too good so nothing to complain, only regret is booking another hotel for a new experience but nothing can compare this hotel ambience and calmness and food

We got a suite and it was really good. The room was quite big and the bathroom had a jacuzzi. It was like living in paradise. The staff was also really helpful. Would recommend it to my friends n family

Terrible! worst experience

The hotel is a very old property, poorly maintained or not even maintained, the room was stinking so bad even after spraying the room freshner, the bedsheets and pillow covers could not have been worse, there was algae all around and in the pool, the windows had cracks by sides through which insects and mosquitos were coming inside. There were just two people managing all the work from cleaning, reception, kitchen and one was super rude. Please don't ruin your experience in bali by booking this stay.
