Pathetic hotel and support from MMT

Hotel simply denied to provide the breakfast for all the guest despite it was included in the original booking. No additional bedding was provided for the kids which were part of the original booking and denied to even provide an extra bedsheet. No solution was provided by the hotel and moreover Makemytrip customer service team also raised their hand. Instead of fixing the problem they started convincing me to pay for all this(on top of the initial payment).I use MMT almost every second week for travel bur looks like this was the last time I've used their service. Cherry on the cake, the hotel doesn't service Indian cuisine

Not so good hotel. I booked superior room but they not provided and give a smaller and bad room. When i say to hotel staff they said this only room booked for you.

True to their name bed and rocks!

A rocky stay for a night! i am disappointed to share my experience in room 305. The non-functional and noisy air conditioner, despite attempts to fix it, disrupted my stay. Additionally, the broken kettle further added to my inconvenience. As an international tourist, i expected higher standards. I hope you address these issues promptly to maintain the quality expected of your establishment.

Stay was nice at bedrock hotel kuta. The breakfast was wholesome and had a god variety. Rooms were clean and neatly organised. The overall warm welcome and friendly service of the hotel staff is appreciated.

Good hotel at prime location

Hotel is very near to airport and has all the basic amenities. Hotel is at prime location with lot of restaurants nearby. Hotel can improve on the breakfast vegetarian options. Hot water was also not available sometime
