I have raise complain against hotel to make my trip 24th at the time of check inn, company not supported to customer or agent also, hotel is very very bad, room is very small room and bed smell, washroom is too small, i have requested to make my trip to change my hotel me make by trip not supported. Kindly don't use make my trip portal reason he will not support customer. He will support hotel. Very very bad behave r this hotel. I have given 3 option to the makemytrip 1 kindly change the room he will not done 2. Kindly change the hotel he will not done 3. Kindly refund my payment so i can book another hotel, he will not done. My guest have received a back injury through this hotel. All the guest i requesting kindly don't book this hotel and don't use makemytrip portal both are not supporting.
