Air Conditioning was not working and room was super hot. We had a room at top floor and this hotel has a policy of not turning on the AC in Spring season.

The room was clean, however is very small with no space to place the suitcase even. No water bottles are provided, even glasses were not given. No electric kettle provided to make tea.

Makemytrip did not provide payment confirmation to hotel. In spite of repeated calls to makemytrip customer service, the payment confirmation has still not been given to hotel. I am stuck now as i have pay through my nose to checkout. Please help and give the payment confirmation immediately. Sos.

I stayed with one fellow traveler staff were very courteous, all necessary facility available both long distance train and bus service stations are close a park with grand hanging bridge over river is 5 min away.

Small room, still manageable . . Very less options for breakfast, so avoid taking the breakfast option with room. Opposite to bercy station, however at least 250 steps from bercy metro station. Not in walking range from Paris main station so if you are looking something close by avoid it. Overall it was an OK experience as we just wanted a place to crash each night and we’d spent 3 nights. Good part was we checked in at 1 am and there were no hassles as such.
