The hotel was so bad what it showed in the net i paid for the break fast thinking would be good the food was so in hygienic served with plastic plates that was just not fairer with our hard earned money was so bad that could go again for the breakfast and was so over priced as for the same days there were people paid much much less than me. Any how my break fast money should be refund

Hello carpets were really dirty and fowl smell was in the room. Even staff was not helpful in booking cab. No health faucet was there in the washroom. No one was there to pick up the luggage from reception to room.

Hotel is centrally located and the rooms are really big. We stayed for couple of nights in a neighbouring Hotel where the tariff was double but we realised that the rooms as well as tariff is better at this property. We were in Guangzhou for Canton fair and they have a good shuttle service for that.

We have booked rooms in Ouzhuang Hotel. But when we reached in Hotel they told we don't have any room of your category. So either you take your money refund or we have only rooms in apartment. We stay there 2-3 hours and lastly taken the rooms in apartment. When we paid so many amount such a bad treatment.
