Hotel shuttle service was good and the Holiday Inn TORONTO-AIRPORT EAST location was convenient. Room was good however breakfast was not provided within the cost. It would have been nice if it had been provided. Also more electric points should have been there in the room. Other than this it was a very comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and happy to answer the queries.
No breakfast was provided in the price as well as the water bottles. Also there should be additional electric points in the room.

Excellent room, good food in the Perkins restaurant.

Overall, stay was fine as

Location was fine. Drinking water was basic requirement but it was charged extra. Surprising when you pay $157 for a night's tariff. Room was fine. Internal furniture was good to stay. Location was the best past as you can easily travel to and from airport.
