Order-in lunch not good

We ordered lunch from the restaurant and were terribly disappointed. Both the quantity and quality of food was terrible. We ordered grilled cheese sandwich and they made the sandwich out of a single bread and there was just cheese inside it. Overall very disappointing lunch but the buffet was good and the variety offered was average.

Not worth the money

The food quality was ok. We booked junior suite room. No bathtubs despite of displaying in pictures. You can view tigers nest only from selective rooms. It is not worth the money.

The room were spacious but the accessories were old. Once the curtain rod was fallen, once the kundi of bathroom got stuck. Tiger nest is visible from your room.

Horrible experience!

This turned out to be one of the worst hotels that we stayed in our entire Bhutan trip. The room was pathetic. With a dysfunctional open window in the bathroom and a broken bathroom door that would not shut! So entire night we were freezing at minus 5 degrees. The overall service was pathetic. We had to ask for room cleaning at least 5 times when it was finally done. It is also located in a very remote location. Definitely look for other better alternatives!

Room was not ready when we checked in, bed sheet are not clean, heater was not available in room before, breakfast and dinner was not ready as per their time schedule, we waited for it.

Cooperative staff. We found the bed sheets dirty but the staff changed. Except for dirty bed sheets, the rest of the stay was good. Awesome view from balcony.

Resort is located little far off but with good view of mountains and tigers nest. Good breakfast and dinner. Specially catering to Indian travelers. Junior suite is quite big but no view from balcony.

The property is good but the food was just not up to the mark. They serve uncooked food. They serve wrong orders. Their heaters are not good enough. A lot of improvements are needed to be done as per their service is concerned. They need to keep in house staff who can serve at least till 10 pm.
