Very good neet and clean property .near to Nizami street only 400 mtr .staff is well behaved and cooperative , I will give 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made our experience even better. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city and very close to all major tourist attractions, which made our travel super convenient. We could reach most places by walking, and that saved us a lot of time. The only area that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi connection. It was a bit unstable at times, and fixing that would make the stay completely flawless. Overall, a great place with excellent staff and the best location you can ask for. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a beautiful building located less than a minutes walk from the famous nizami street with departmental stores and coffee shops even closer. The superior room was low-key royal with every necessary amenity. We extended our booking and were warmly accommodated by their manager Rahil including giving us an awesome deal, always contact Rahil for anything needed. We were given the double room upon extension and it was very comfortable. The rooms, the heated bathrooms, the amenities, everything was world class. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Baku,

We enjoyed our 6 nights stay at this hotel. Perfect location. It's a 5 minute walk to Nizami street and Sahil metro station, 10 minutes to Old Town and Maiden tower and max 15 minutes to Crescent mall, Deniz mall and Highlands furnicular. Ours was junior suite and we absolutely loved it. It was spacious and kept very clean. Amazing staff at reception, housekeeping lady Metanet made sure to keep our stay comfortable and clean. Breakfast options were great and staff there (Parvin) always went an extra mile to serve us delicious food sharp at 8 AM and made sure we have a perfect start to the day. Overall our stay was awesome and it was more than we expected. We recommend staying here. Thanks to all the staff !!!

It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable! Our room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The daily breakfast was delicious and had great variety—fresh, tasty, and perfect to start each day. What truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality. A special thanks to Elzamin and Rahil, who were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made a huge difference in our travel experience. The staff overall were supportive, friendly, and always ready with a smile. i recently had the pleasure of staying at boutique hotel, and i must say, it exceeded all expectations. from the moment i arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. the service throughout my stay was impeccable—attentive, professional, and always eager to go the extra mile to make my experience enjoyable. as for the location, it couldn't have been better. situated in a prime area, boutique hotel provided easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining. the bus station, nizami street, old city, etc all are at walkable distances from the hotel. overall, i highly recommend boutique hotel to anyone looking for a great comfortable experience.

The hotel's location is in close proximity to nizami street, just 2-3 mins walk. The room is very cosy and comfortable. Great indoor heating system. Only breakfast is available. Not much options for vegetarians. The staff are courteous. Overall, a great place to stay.

The hotel is stationed at a walking distance from Nizami street. Quite affordable budget 3 star property. I would definitely recommend this property if you do not find something right on the Nizami street

Very average hotel and it’s bit walking from nizami street, it’s not right on nizami. Also they don’t have people to carry luggage to the room as they don’t have staff. They just have one person working in front office reception. No other employees. Rooms are very okish. There are better hotels on nizami street.
