The hotel is highly understaffed, there were not enough people to speed up the check in process. The AC panel wasnt working and even after repeated complains noone came to check it. The water bottles were not provided, and on asking for water they asked us to pay for water. There was no room service for water bottles. Overall very unsatisfactory experience.

Quiet riverside place away from the city but with public transport connections within 500m. Good breakfast spread. Rooms are self sufficient

The initial check in was sheer harassment. The night receptionist at the counter Ms Sandra was unnecessarily cold & unsmiling. Her attitude made us feel as if she had a problem with Indians. It was humiliating to be subjected to such a demeanour. She doesn’t know the first thing about respect towards a guest. Her condescending arrogant and discriminatory attitude made us feel very unwelcome. In fact, most of the hotel staff appeared indifferent . Seems that there is very little focus on the most important element of a hotel staff- politeness, warmth and cordial behaviour - this attitude of bossiness and arrogance. Whether it was the restaurant staff, or the reception desk. The one exception to this generally offensive behaviour was the courtesy and civility of Manager Mr. Stefan who compensated for the rest of the staff. We will always remember him with fondness . In a cold, unfeeling atmosphere, he was the bearer of warmth and kindness. He was empathetic. helpful and considerate. Please increase the tribe of people like Stefan. All in all a very disappointing. unpleasant and harrowing experience for brief stay we had there. One suggestion- Pls ask the front desk staff to SMILE MORE. It costs nothing, but definitely adds value. Treat everyone with kindness and politeness. Thank you. Would also like to mention the gentleman who was attending to the cloak room, he clearly has no tonality and manners to speak to guests. We pay for the comfort so to feel the way we did is uncallled for and would definitely not recommend the hotel to the guests. The rooms per se were very comfortable and the property is located in a gorgeous view setting. Only for that one can enjoy the experience but for a Hilton Franchise it was disappointing.

Room was very big and spacious breakfast was excellent proximity to you metro was also quite close by

Housekeeping was lacking - difficult to get them to clean and refresh the rooms everyday the thermostat was not function well as well however the room space and location were adequate

Great riverside location away from hustle bustle of city, still close to city center. Great services from front desk, facilities, very courteous staff.

Location is good, only you need to go to get enter in hotel by crossing over bridge. Danu River add star in hotel location.

All was good from reception check in, to check out, only room service they charge, which is bit expensive, though service was quick. Rest all excellent.

The hotel staff was not friendly and moreover, when my friend had asked for a bottle of water he was rudely told that he will not get it. So my friend was ready to pay for it and they told him that they will charge him for it and again for delivering it to his room. Then my friend got irritated and didn't take the bottle. Also, the toilets didn't have any locks. It was weird. The ambience of the hotel is good but their breakfast was okay.

Good location near river front but isolated. No restaurant nearby. 10 min walk from Station. Room was very good and courteous staff. Wi-Fi is not free, however if you register with their program then you get free access. Hilton lives up to it's name.

Beautiful hotel on the banks of River Danube with pavements available for walking along the River. Extremely helpful staff

What an excellent hotel by the River Danube. We booked a River front room which had a giant window which we got opened from the hotel, what a view. River front room is a must. Very close by to the Station metro Station 5 minutes walk and superb connectivity across the City. The area is a little isolated and it is on the River Side, but Vienna is a very safe City. Endless breakfast option buffet included in our package. Even dinner prices were very reasonable in the kitchen. Overall a flawless stay.

This hotel is just on the Danube river... Cannot be closer to it, The waterfront kitchen restaurant where they serve food and breakfast is literally on top of the river and provides great view in summer months, There is pool, jacuzzi and sauna also to relax. Rooms are very big and the waterfront rooms give a great view from them, Service was fast and very friendly and all people knew English which was Very good, Only small issue was that there is no free internet in the room but only in public Areas which doesn't help a tourist, would recommend overall and stay again.

Best possible location in Vienna city not really far from any thing, be it's tourist attractions or business centre or metro or bus stop or shopping area or boat. Being in banks of river Danube makes it wow.

Food was very okay. Not to our Indian taste. Not many veg options. Location is very good but not in city centre. Always take a sea view room. Breakfast is lavish. Car park is well covered. Metro is 5-7 mins walk away. Rest all was good. Cleanliness is upto the mark.
