This was my first trip to Sydney, could get last moment accommodation at Novotel sydney at darling harbour. The team was courteous and also helped in guiding on nearby locations to visit

Two things about this hotel stand out. Firstly, the hotel is located very right in front of the Darling Harbour, a short walk from tourist attractions such as the Sydney Sea Life, Sydney zoo and Madam Tussaud's. One can opt for harbour view rooms by paying a little extra. Secondly, the restaurant is amazing - they even make great Indian food!

Food was great location was perfect facilities were good

My stay at Novotel Sydney at Darling harbour was very pleasant. It offered a great central location and facilities. The food at the hotel was decent and the reception was a very good place to rest.

We stayed 3 nights at Novotel Darling Harbour hotel and the stay was very comforting, especially after our time roaming around in Sydney. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the best part was the spread was ready at 6:30 AM which was a blessing considering we started our tour to the Blue Mountains at 7:00AM. The Darling Harbour view from our room was sensational.

Property is near the darling harbor and around a lot of eateries. Overall a superb location. Room was spacious and the staff was good.

No concierge service after working hours, it will be hard to travel with family and luggage's after working hours

It was pathetic, i will never recommend novotel or makemytrip to anyone to waste their money. They just know how to extort money from the customers under hidden policies and even they change the policies in the mean time after booking and overruled the customers with their new policy rules. Highly disappointed

Location is excellent. Got an upgrade at aud 20/day which was good. Some improvements in breakfast spread will help. Same menu was repeated on all 4 days.

Great place with easy access to all public transport facilities and of course hop on-hop off bus service. Was upgraded to harbor view room without any additional charge. Very friendly staff. Breakfast spread was amazing. What's more you would like to have on vaccation!

Our stay in novotel is very comfortable, rooms are clean and well maintained. It is near the main city and walking distance from hotel to market, museum and darling horbour. It was an amazing experience to see fireworks at darling on saturday evening from the hotel. Food and ambiance are lovely. Room service was excellent.
