Review Of Zostel Ooty

The stay at zostel ooty was very pleasant. The property is located very close to the market and the bus stand. The view of the city from the zostel is very nice. Coming to the hospitality, so the whole of zostel staff was very helpful and very prompt. The dormitory rooms were clean and the food was delicious.

Food and location is super. Hospitality also fine. Cots were a bit quaky, a bit difficult to climb to the upper berth. The washrooms for the lower floor are not accessible from within the building. They were built outside, which is not good for a winter stay.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Zostel, Ooty. The people working there were too polite and helpful. The food served was as good as home.

property is not that good. but ok ok

It was not that cool as expected, still fine. We booked 4 beds thinking that we will get a room and can have privacy. We got a room, but was connected with another room without door, having only one attached bathroom for all. so cannot expect privacy at all.

Usually I travel solo, I met good heart people but only disappointment is my check-in is 1 o'clock but the reception person didn’t allow me to keep the things inside. That is the only disappointment.

It was a very comfortable stay for me, the rooms were clean, the bonfire experience was great in this cold, I met some great people and they even changed my dorm to a ladies one upon request. Even the food was great. Would love to stay again.

Had a fantastic 2-day stay at Zostel Ooty. The staff were super professional and made sure everything was taken care of. The rooms had clean beds and toilets, which was a big plus. The view from the property was simply amazing. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, although the prices were a bit on the higher side. But the cherry on top was the bonfire night organized by the team, complete with great music that made our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend Zostel Ooty for a cozy and memorable getaway.

It's a nice place with good views and worth for the price.
