Old and run down
the room had a foul odor the hotel was old and run down

Great . comfortable stay
The location is perfect for business travel, very close proximity to the metro station. The room are very clean and hygienic. The breakfast options are adequate and well made.

Good location good service staff was friendly low amenities and no room service, but for the price it offers , it's good.

Terrible Stay
Stayed at X by Bloom Indiranagar and had a very disappointing experience. We had booked the room for the entire day just to freshen up and get a couple of hours of proper rest. Unfortunately, the AC started leaking water during our sleep, which completely disturbed us and ruined the whole purpose of the booking. When you pay this much for a full-day room, basic maintenance and comfort are the minimum expectation. This issue clearly shows poor upkeep and lack of attention to guest experience. Overall, not worth the price at all. Very disappointing stay and would not recommend.

Average Stay
Location is good - right next to the Indiranagar metro. But the hotel is very basic and not as nice as the other Blooms in the area. The hotel feels average, hardly any amenities and a very basic and not so great breakfast. Bed is not that comfortable either. And they didn’t refill the coffees until asked. Very hard pillows.

Average Stay
Just a basic accommodation with nothing great to note. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor terrace with plastic chairs. They do not have an in-house restaurant for other meals. Service is prompt but as a solo business traveler, I was out throughout the day and didn't use much services. Definitely not worth 5K per night!
