Good Stay
Staff is very courteous. Check in and check out was very smooth. 2 keys per room was given promptly. Gym is very spacious and well equipped. Drinking water was unlimited. Food was very tasty with a very wide spread. Cleanliness and ambience of the hotel was very good. Overall the stay was very comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. Thanks Team Wow ...

Good Stay
The hotel is in a good location. The ambiance and breakfast is amazing. Cleanliness is good. The rooftop swimming pool is small but nice as you can see in the city view from the pool. They have extended our checkout time on request. Apna restaurant near the hotel is a good option for local food. Overall experience is good however following are the facts that shall be considered. 1. The room size and wash room size is cozy as compared to the price. 2. As the swimming pool is at the rooftop, pigeons are making it dirty. Allergic people be aware.

Checkin - Very poor, Tab didn’t function, no welcome drink glasses, no one to open the door, family suffered after a sweaty trip. Very long wait. Room - Not for families, barely any space to walk, it should be called WOW OYO Mannerisms - Very poor, Even if you are falling down at the door they will not open it. If you walk in, they treat you poorly. My family was entering after a visit outside and they forced us to put the bags in scanner, while another gentleman who was also a guest calmly walked in Food - No choice, even 3 Star buffets are better

A good stay
Stay at Wow Crest, Indore was a pleasant stay for me and my family. The hotel staff is good and cooperative. And especially Manik and Varun from the Housekeeping staff made sure the stay was very comfortable for us as we booked two rooms adjacent to each other and had frequent requests with the housekeeping. Both restaurants, Constellation and Dhuaan are good, we enjoyed food at both the restaurants.

Excellent Stay
The food was absolutely delicious. The staff’s behavior was very friendly. The medicines prescribed by the doctor were also promptly delivered to the room by the reception. Overall, everything was excellent and very convenient.

Clean stay and good spot obviously
stayed for a short trip. location was low convenient and check-in was smooth. room was clean and comfy. staff was chill and helpful. food was decent too. not crazy options but tasted good. overall solid stay for the price.

Great two day stay with family
Great stay with family on the way back from Mahakal darshan at Ujjain. Breakfast was delicious as fulfilled all requirements. Biryani served at dinner was awesome and would like to visit again for the same. Confectionery items were tasty. Much appreciated.

Nice ambiance and I have requested hotel to decorate my room as it was my daughter's birthday. The decoration they have done was very beautiful and lovely. My family loved it. All thanks to the hotel staff. Special thanks to Imran Khan who was coordinating for the decoration and Jitendra. Thank you Wow Crest for the lovely memories. At the time of dinner, we felt the menu is a little less compared to a five-star hotel. For the starters, we will have to request the staff then they will bring it. Breakfast was good.
