Very nice experience in terms of location, food, ambience, and the rides/ facilities. This property has very nice and well trained and welcoming staffs

There were no amenities for kids, the play area shown in photos was not available. The whole hotel was under renovation.

Property is undergoing renovation and due to which certain facilities are not available like gym and inconvenience for guests to move around. This should've been stated before itself. Food is limited due to the LPG shortage, which is understandable, however, they have charged me service charge also, which is against the rules.

Stay was really good and Park entry free with multiple entry band provided at reception. Resort was going through renovation. Overall good experience. Resort provide car to and from Amusement park.

Excellent I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is also convenient and easily accessible. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Hi Wonderla team, the resort room was really good and it's pure hygienic and the staff was really good. They are available to help us and the pool area is really good and the bar also. Thank you so much, Wonderla. Definitely we are going to come again with the family, especially with my daughter, because she enjoyed a lot.

Property was under renovation. Mostly facilities like gym, kids playing area were not accessible. Also being a vegetarian, I was served non-vegetarian food. What if I would have eaten it?

Location is good but property is under renovation which is not a good experience as every time there was drilling going on the whole day.

Extremely hospitable staff and very clean property. USP is theme park adjoining the property. Really worth!

It was one of a kind experience for us. The executive rooms have ample space and had good view. The room service was prompt and housekeeping services were also very good. We also had lunch and dinner in the hotel which was very nice. The water sports inside the resort are also good. The best part was temperature controlled swimming pool. We were also able to go to amusement park in the evening and of course tickets were provided by the resort.

Several basic room amenities were missing or not functional, including a hair dryer, bathroom exhaust, television, and refrigerator. Room service was extremely slow and unsatisfactory. The food quality was poor and overpriced. Overall, the experience was below average and disappointing.

The offer provided in the description does not match with customer expectation. Complimentary water rides - this was provided. I assumed that it is linked to amusement park. But it is not the case. Resort refers to carriabean whirl inside the premises which isn’t good either. Quality of food could have been better.

i have been to wonderla for more than 50 times till now, felt the food quality n taste has gone down pathetically.

The property is very clean and the rooms are spacious and have quite a few activities The staffs are polite and very helpful and the food is just amazing and has good variety. The breakfast buffet is top notch. And the it’s very close to the actual amusement park which is very convenient and cabs are frequent and easily available.

Resort was good and food in morning breakfast was delicious . All staff members were polite and helpful. Overall nice and wonderful experience.
