Check-in was nice & quick with Mr. Manigandan. The resort was tranquil & the views were great. Evening dinner was ordered with restaurant manager Mr. John & was available on requested time & was good. Morning breakfast was hot & hot. Cannot order but spread was good enough. Stayed for 2 nights and the experience was nice. Check out was neat as well. A place you can look for if you want some peaceful time.

Location is amidst tea garden.. food is food and service is excellent. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Western Valley resort is a beautiful scenic well maintained resort with absolute eye soothing green. Landscape and garden was very well kept. Rooms clean n fresh, view scenic and calm. Staff polite and attentive.

Had a wonderful stay at this resort in western valley for 2 nights and 3 days. The place was absolutely beautiful with a very calm and peaceful environment. The property is well-maintained, and the ambience was truly relaxing. The staff were extremely humble, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in Ooty.

The stay experience was super and the location was amazing, food also good, facilities were super... and faculty are also good in services and giving preference to customers...

I have stayed in wooden villa, we went as a couple but the room can easily accommodate up to 4 members and the view was amazing...

western valley resort is clean and well maintained. But to reach the location, road is not there close to resort, road is muddy and bumpy.

I stayed Western Vally resort for 2N and it was very comfortable stay from start to end. The view from room were excellent and serviced and food was also very good. I will definatily recommnad this resort to others.

We originally booked a three-night stay but cut it down because we couldn’t stand it any longer. We quickly booked another room. Its a huge loss for us. But seeing the picture and reviews we booked , but this is not a 3 star .. Its totally zero. Not affordable. The bed sheets and mattress were stinking so badly. The tv which lacked any wifi connection with normal tv was not at all working. Best i would recommend never go to this place and do not waste ur precious time on this resort which is not worth of ur penny.

Everything about the place is great. Except the food. I found the food average. Less variety. Nothing new. Could be better specially breakfast.

It is a wonderful property. Very scenic and well maintained. Amazing view and spacious rooms. But the food is pathetic. We had sandwiches and fried rice along with manchurian, it was too bad. Morning breakfast Buffet was good. Has a decent parking space.
