An absolutely outstanding stay — 5/5! The property is exceptionally beautiful and has a charm of its own. The wooden interiors and furnishing are simply stunning — genuinely unlike anything we have seen elsewhere. The entire place has a very warm, elegant and unique vibe that makes the stay memorable. What impressed us even more was their hospitality and genuine concern for their guests. Even before we arrived, the team called us to inform us about a damaged patch of road on the way, asked about our expected arrival time, and told us to call them immediately if we faced any difficulty en route. Their service went far beyond what one normally expects from a hotel. After check-in, I went out in my own car and unfortunately one of the tyres got stuck off the roadside. I called the property for help, and they immediately sent a proper team with all the necessary equipment along with a towing vehicle. They handled everything promptly and professionally. The most amazing part was that when I later asked about the charges for all this assistance, they refused to charge us anything at all. This kind of hospitality, concern and willingness to help a guest is truly rare. Beautiful location, extraordinary wooden interiors, wonderful vibes and, above all, an exceptionally caring team. This was not just a hotel stay; it was an experience we will remember. Highly recommended!

This property is situated at a very nice location. It’s one of the best places to stay in Pahalgam. All its staff are very nice and welcoming. Food also is very tasty and delicious. I will definitely come again for a longer stay.

Our stay was fabulous. Location, Room, Food everything was perfect. Hospitality was top notch. I would like to specially mention F & B team. They were very warm. Special thanks to F& B manager SHOWKAT. He was above and beyond in his service. I would like to extend my thanks to Nisar( Front desk), Urmila & Lateef( F & B). All the guards were also very good. Overall a wonderful stay and definitely I will come back to this place.

Location is very nice its easily reachable stay is too good hospitality is too good foods are very delicious and spa service is also good staff are very friendly and cool i highly recommend this property

Had a nice stay in the property Nice location with excellent garden ! Literally has the views of pine trees and snow covered peaks ! The staff led by Mr Puran are very capable and helpful Nice ala carte and breakfast buffet menu ! Had wonderfully grilled trout ! Very tasty and nicely done The gardening team is doing excellent work , flowers and landscaping spectacular Rooms are well appointed and large Checking in and out was easy !

Was an amazing place to stay, and the hospitality of ITC is just icing on the cake. The bonfire and the barbecue, in this chilly winter, just made our evenings even more special. And today after coming back home I only wish, the stay should have been a little longer. But shall surely visit again.

Had a wonderful stay with welcome pine and peak, pahalgam. Everyone from the housekeeping staff to the reception, restaurant staff were very helpful and made us very comfortable. Food was great, spa was amazing and the property is lovely too! will definitely recommend!
