Good Stay
Property’s location was good. Food was good but room service and in-room dining was not up to mark. Buggy is a must for movement within the property but call time for buggy was too long. Thanks to Mr. Nikhil (inside Manager) who was very supportive and helpful without whom our stay would not have been nice. 10 on 10 to Nikhil.

Check In time as per hotel policy was 3pm and rooms were handed over at 5:30 even after multiple follow ups nobody has entertained our request and finally after at the desk they handed over the keys Check in experience was pathetic

Excellent Stay
Had a wonderful stay in W GOA, kids friendly they have given me suite room. The room was amazing and food was great. Overall, the property is situated just near Vagator beach and rock pool zone is one of the best sun downer zones.

A Very Nice Resort
Excellent location between fort and the beach! Service was fantastic! The room was excellent! Food at the breakfast was good. The beach was clean and safe.

Bad experience
It was a disaster from the moment we checked in the room was below the ground level and so many stairs it felt suffocating staying In a room like that and on requesting they moved us to a room where the AC wasn’t working properly on complaining they moved us after 2 hours in another room our whole day was wasted since we reached at 4:30 pm and the issue was resolved by 7 pm we wanted to go for sundowner which we couldn’t since the hotel took so long. Also we requested extra bed before we get back from dinner which wasn’t placed as well till 11 pm we had to go to the reception for the Same since no one was answering the phone horrid experience first and last stay at w. We moved put the next day so kindly refund our money for 1 night as promised by the hotel thanks

pleasant stay
Our stay at W Goa was very pleasant and comfortable. The sunset view from the Rock pool was serene and amazing. Every staff we came across was very welcoming and courteous specially Anil, Akash & Chef Mohit. Overall we had good time there.

Poor Stay
it was a very beautiful property...had a nice time W goa we were happy with breakfast, but not with dinner no buffet available for we were very much disappointed But overall property experience was good and your Reception Person Name- Mr Ajinkya was good with support with us.. Thank you

Average Stay
Property and everything was good. However, we have to pay extra for my son which is a mistake of make my trip. If I have disclosed 3 people will be staying and accordingly I have paid full price of hotel on MMT then why asked me extra for my son

Everything was so nice. From check in to checkout - appreciable. Food, hospitality, ambience, cooperative. Loved staying and it was worthful.

it was a great stay
The stay at W Hotel was very good. The staff was polite and all the facilities were well provided. Baby food was available free of charge whenever needed, which was very thoughtful. The main attraction is the Rock Pool Café, where you can sit and enjoy the sunset—it’s truly lovely. Overall, it was a great stay.

W - A must stay
It was a wonderful stay. The property is excellent. The staff was very very cooperative. Rinkle was very helpful to assist for every needs regarding the property. Tushar served us along with other staff in the restaurant very nicely with excellent food.

Terrible Stay
Cart service and food delivery at room was annoyingly delayed with no follow up call and acknowledgement of delay.... After I got a call confirmation of villa changing I waited more than couple of hours with no response of cart nor with the villa confirmation , was staying with family and my one day of extension is ruined by you guys .... this wasn’t expected with W ...
