Overall, I would rate my stay 3/5. This review is completely based on my personal experience. Other guests may have a much better experience, but I wanted to share my honest feedback. I booked this hotel for a premium price with high expectations because it is marketed as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, I felt the experience did not justify the amount I paid, and I left feeling disappointed. My main reason for choosing this hotel was the kids’ play area, but it was under renovation during my stay. The swimming pool was also not very useful because of the rainy weather. It would have been helpful if the play area status had been communicated before booking. The food quality was good, but I felt the menu had limited variety. Compared to hotels like GRT Grand in Vijayawada, which offers a wider selection at a lower price, this was underwhelming. Housekeeping cleaned the room when requested, but the trash bin was not emptied. I also noticed there was no welcome drink on arrival, which I generally expect from a 5-star hotel. One concern I would especially like to highlight is the toiletries. The soap, shampoo, and body wash seemed to contain strong chemicals. My eyes started burning when I accidentally opened them while bathing. For a 5-star property, I would expect milder, skin- and eye-friendly products from reputable brands or formulations. Another small point is that there didn’t seem to be any facility or provision to wipe heavy dust off vehicles after parking, which would have been a thoughtful addition. The staff were polite and helpful, and I appreciate their efforts. However, considering the price I paid, I personally did not feel this stay delivered the overall 5-star experience I was expecting. It was an excellent stay. Food was very good, housekeeping and room service were also very good. All staff were very humble and cooperative. And the most important thing, the tariff was very reasonable and to put it simply, full 'value for money'.

I really enjoy this property meeting and lunch dinner for stuff very nice talking. It was a very pleasant stay. A clean hotel in a great central location. Nice breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was very efficient. Thank you!

Property good, but room allocation is not good. Room allocation by the hotel is not good providing back side room keeping their front side room for separate.

Overall great experience- Excellent Breakfast, Nice staff, everyone eager to help. With its Taj standard services, it always attracts to visit again.

It was my second day at the property. If the location is suitable for you, the property is very nice. Their food and breakfast are very good and since it's outside the mall, it is very useful. It's not very far from the airport. The only thing is that it's at the end of town.

Everything is good except for the service especially the housekeeping. If service is poor, everything else even though good, is bad!
