Overall, I would rate my stay 3/5.
This review is completely based on my personal experience. Other guests may have a much better experience, but I wanted to share my honest feedback.
I booked this hotel for a premium price with high expectations because it is marketed as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, I felt the experience did not justify the amount I paid, and I left feeling disappointed.
My main reason for choosing this hotel was the kids’ play area, but it was under renovation during my stay. The swimming pool was also not very useful because of the rainy weather. It would have been helpful if the play area status had been communicated before booking.
The food quality was good, but I felt the menu had limited variety. Compared to hotels like GRT Grand in Vijayawada, which offers a wider selection at a lower price, this was underwhelming.
Housekeeping cleaned the room when requested, but the trash bin was not emptied. I also noticed there was no welcome drink on arrival, which I generally expect from a 5-star hotel.
One concern I would especially like to highlight is the toiletries. The soap, shampoo, and body wash seemed to contain strong chemicals. My eyes started burning when I accidentally opened them while bathing. For a 5-star property, I would expect milder, skin- and eye-friendly products from reputable brands or formulations.
Another small point is that there didn’t seem to be any facility or provision to wipe heavy dust off vehicles after parking, which would have been a thoughtful addition.
The staff were polite and helpful, and I appreciate their efforts. However, considering the price I paid, I personally did not feel this stay delivered the overall 5-star experience I was expecting.
