They are froud. They can help us by showing some politeness but they were very rude with us. It is a very bad experience with the hotel.

Good room, nice service, parking was easy, water is good, hygiene was very good, air circulation was good. Please value worth rooms. I have visited 3 times and I am getting good rooms for stay.

Room is very compact and was full of mosquitoes with dirty bedcovers. Also the windows of the room and washroom are broken. No room cleaning was done once in our 3 days stay and staff were quite rude. I will never recommend this place to stay with family.

Thank you team for giving me the chance to express my hotel experience. The hotel is good, but the only issue here is water; sometimes in the washroom, there is no cleaning as it seems it's not maintained. The taps are not good, and the water buckets are not good, which is not a big deal but it makes your experience less pleasant. Overall, the staff are good here.

I booked luxury room they gave me standard room in the name of luxury room I showed the room images even they didn’t give me proper booked room ... bath room is not clean very very bad ... I didn’t expect this kind of service I am the customer of make my trip nearly 20 years
