There was a very unpleasant smell in the room. The bedsheet has cigarette burns and I had told them to change it. Basic amenities had to be asked for. Mouldy.

Poor service I have ever seen they didn't provide anything on time cleaning is zero staff behaviour is not good

Good staff, near to temple, good room, good service. You can explore a lot from this place. I have not tried in-house kitchen but seems well to me.

Overall Nice experience. Friendly staff clean management Neat and comfy rooms. I really liked the experience and extended my stay from 1 to 4 days. If you are looking for a stay near Golden Temple this is a good choice. Golden temple is at a walking distance, can go anytime you feel like.

Location good, food was ok, amenities are not ok, if you asked then you get otherwise not, basic amenities missing like kettle, coffee, tea, wifi, sleeper, bedsheets changed when we asked, so every time if you look anything, first ask then you will get.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is courteous and helpful. Because my train got delayed, they kindly provided me with another room, for which I am truly grateful. The location is also convenient. The only area that needs improvement is room service, as it was a bit slow and could be more attentive. Other than that, everything was great and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The stay is very comfortable and the staff is very nice. The main thing is that the food is very tasty and delicious.

A absolutely bad experience. very badly maintained rooms, bad smell and insects all over, leaking washroom fittings. Staff is very rude and irresponsible. This property should be delisted and the removed. We were three people but the room that was provided could not even accomodate 3 people. Staff was persistent in saying that they will put one bedding on the floor however there was no space at all for placing the mattress. I would never recommend this. Utter disappointment.

Location of the hotel is very good. Very near to Golden Temple and market area. Rooms are clean and people are helpful. Food is good, they can improve on their food service that is the only thing I felt which needs improvement. Rooms are small but clean, the same is mentioned in description so should not be an issue.

Our stay was very delightful and the property was close to Golden Temple as advertised. Receptionist and the staff are very polite and cheerful. Definitely worth recommend

I recently stayed at Hotel Urban Galaxy. The hotel staff behaviour was very good and they were very polite. The location of the hotel is exceptional and very convenient. The room was good and clean, but there was an unpleasant smell in the room and the bed sheet cover didn’t seem properly washed. I stayed on the 4th floor, and the kitchen is also on the same floor — the kitchen area looked a bit unhygienic, which needs improvement. Overall, it was a decent stay with great location and supportive staff, but cleanliness and hygiene need attention

the room was good. the housekeeping service is not satisfactory. the towel given was torn. the receptionist was very soft spoken and helpful

Rooms were neat tidy and well built. Staff was nice and helpful food was also good and the stay was just 2 minutes walk from the golden temple

I had the best experience at (Hotel Name). Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts.🙂

Every was very good... Good service and room. Staff was very good... But i want some upgrades for next stay.

Had a good stay at Urban Galaxy , staying here helped us on easily navigating the places nearby like Golden temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Partition museum etc.
