Service is very slow. Rooms are dark

Stay is comfortable. Location is accessible to many utilities like shopping, entertainment etc. Food is good. Amenities are also good. Providing good services.

Service was great and response to issues was sorted out promptly. The hotel accepted late checkout request even though MMT promised but couldn't honour it.

The stay at Turyaa was very comfortable. A premium stay in budget friendly price. The service was excellent and the property is located in OMR with connectivity to major places. Quality of food is also good.

I had a very pleasant one-week stay at Turyaa Chennai. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm and courteous welcome at the reception, with quick and hassle-free room allotment. The hotel maintains excellent hygiene standards throughout, which made the stay very comfortable. Room service was fast and efficient, and the in-room amenities were thoughtfully maintained. The electric kettle was clean, with ample bottled water provided daily, along with a nice selection of coffee and tea palettes. Breakfast was enjoyable with good variety, and dinner options were available at reasonable rates, offering good value. I felt very safe during my stay, as the hotel has strong safety and security measures in place. Most importantly, all staff members were polite, approachable, and excellent communicators, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Turyaa Chennai for both business and leisure.

while booking in mmt I asked for 2 interconnecting or rooms on the same floor .. .during check-in they said not available.. I was very much unhappy with the service.. even food or drink what ever I asked they where telling not available...

Hotel Ambience is very good, rooms neat & clean, well maintained and food is also excellent. Hotel staff is very polite and cooperative

The food quality was disappointing, and the restaurant service did not meet expectations. The live counter staff lacked attentiveness, particularly during the closing time of breakfast.

I informed them I will be checking out a day early than initially planned during check in. They said shouldn’t be a problem. On the day of checkout they say they can’t refund. Food is terrible, bathrooms clog, refrigerator broken. The pace at which reception works tests your patience, especially if there are couple of people a head of you.

Rooms are spacious but a bit jaded. Definitely not 5 star, it is about 3 star. AC has a musty smell. Rooftop restaurant had a very limited but overpriced menu. Breakfast buffet is decent.

Receptionist is not at all friendly, no room service provided easily. Too much delay in process.

The location property and the food. Everything is alright. The security and the bell captain are also good and smile but the reception staff everyone I met in the reception were rude and unpleasant as thought they r providing free accommodation for everyone who walks in. Not a single staff from the reception were receptive. This is for sure not an artkin spence hotel. How can u train staff to be rude and unpleasant and not to smile nor talk politely to guests. Will never come back TURYAA. Worst of worst staff I’ve seen in the front office and everyone behaves like they r compelled to work there and they don’t have any other choice. Stayed there for 2 nights and wanted to extend my stay the front office staff behave as thought they don’t like extended stay or to handle anyone at the front office. This property has seen it’s days and is go down because of it’s rude staff.

Good stay, food is good, stay is good, timely check in and check out, hotel staff are well mannered

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. This property is not even close to meeting 2-star standards. Cleanliness was a serious issue. Even after housekeeping supposedly cleaned the room in the morning, the room and bathroom were still not properly cleaned. I had to call reception repeatedly to request proper cleaning. Basic amenities were missing. There was no hand towel in the room, and no soap provided. Every single day, I had to call reception for small but essential items. What made it worse was the delay — after calling reception for a hand towel, I had to wait nearly two hours for housekeeping to deliver it, and that too only after reminding them again and again. The amenities are very old and poorly maintained, giving the entire hotel a neglected and outdated appearance. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless there are major improvements in housekeeping efficiency and basic guest services.

Service was so good and food was very nice. But the waiting time was a little long.
