I had a wonderful experience at The Zuri Whitefield. The service was impressively quick and courteous, right from check-in to in-room requests — the staff was always attentive and professional. The location is very convenient, especially for those visiting the IT hubs around Whitefield. It’s well-connected yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The food was another highlight — the buffet spread had a wide variety of dishes, all fresh and flavorful. Their in-house restaurants are worth trying, especially for both Indian and international cuisine. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and smooth stay in Bangalore!

Average hotel, rooms need renovation, service was bad, intercom phone didn’t work, non-responsive reception desk, hotel infra needs more maintenance.

They gave me key to a already occupied room. I opened the room, guess occupant was out, disaster saved. Management didn’t even speak to forget apologising.
