Review Of The Zion Hotel

Hotel location is good on national highway, 5 km from Mall Road. View is good from hotel balconies. Room and washroom were clean and good. Room service was good. Food is also good but overpriced and they serve very less quantity.

the place was very unclean- we found a dead cockroach in our food. Also the wifi doesn't work at all, it keeps connecting and disconnecting.

We were given a room with a partition door. We faced the following issues due to lack of sound proofing: People talking loudly late in the night. TV turned on at 12:30 AM. Alarm clock in the adjoining room constantly ringing from 3 AM onwards. The hotel did offer a change of room on the last day of a 3-day stay at 3:30 AM which is not feasible with my 5-year-old kid sleeping.

Property location is fabulous and adding to it is the amenities and services. The food quality and variety is equally good. Worth the money.

I stayed at The Zion, Shimla for 4 nights. Hotel is situated at a great location overlooking a valley and hills. Room service was prompt. Enjoyed the food at the restaurant with live music for dinner. I traveled with my daughter, felt safe staying in the hotel.

The location was great and service of staff was also amazing. Breakfast was good and tasty with limited options, staff was well mannered.
