Everything was good but during check out the people were really rude. We just request some time after 11 just half n hour but these guys were really rude and insensitive for the situation where my wife was feeding less than two months baby . They asked us to move out now . They were not ready to listen anything . This was really bad for this resort. If you cant be sensitive with the customer then i think you guys are in the wrong business. You cant ask the feeding mother to move out now.

The property was good but the rooms were not great. The bed was uncomfortable. The wifi connectivity was very poor. The AC did not cool properly.

I recently had a very good stay at this property. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout. The food served was tasty and satisfying, offering good variety. Overall, it provided great value for money, and I would happily recommend it to others seeking a pleasant stay.

There were two parties happening in the next door clubs. Loud thumping music till 11 pm at night. Kids and seniors could not even sleep. Pool was not clean and well maintained. The report should residents if there are parties happening nearby. Went there to relax but came back with a headache.

It was a decent 3 days stay at Windflower. Pros : 1. The manager restaurant BALU has a great hospitality sense and handles customers and their needs with care and sense. 2. The food was just amazing - Indian and Italian. No compromise on quality. 3. The facilities were good enough but need refresh. They are old and needs refurbished. 4. The SPA is great and the massage providers are very skilled. They are very genuine and one of the best. Really enjoyed it. Cons: 1. Our first visit to Windflower was in 13 years back and felt very fresh as the property was brand new. But offlate maintenance of the their bathrooms and property raises questions as the bathroom floors had stains and the garden maintenance staff has little sense as they keep talking loudly without any acknowledgement of guests and timings. 2. The Swimming pool was under maintenance which is not a good sign. 3. Monkeys barged into our room twice and from a safety point of view it has to be controlled.

Cleanliness for rooms and linens were not up to the mark. Basic cleanliness was missing. The view and property was beautiful.

Recently, I stayed at WindFlower Resort and Spa, Mysore with my family for a leisure trip. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which was a good start to our stay. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The property is not well maintained. Many of the recreational amenities were either broken or unusable—for example, the badminton rackets were broken and the basketball was punctured. We had booked a Suite, which was spacious, but cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. The walls were dirty, and some of the water taps were broken, which is unacceptable for a property of this category. The food was average—not bad, but not particularly good either. It did not stand out or justify the pricing. The biggest issue during our stay was the extremely loud music from two separate events being held in adjacent properties. The noise was so loud that even after closing all doors and windows, we could barely hear each other speak, let alone watch TV. It felt more like staying near a fair or a busy market than at a resort meant for relaxation. When we raised this concern with the property manager, he apologized but said the events were not happening within their property and that they could not do much about it. We requested a room further inside the property to avoid the disturbance, but this was also denied, citing no availability. The loud music and firecrackers continued until around 10:30 pm, completely ruining the peaceful stay we were expecting. Overall, we were not happy with our stay. Considering the poor maintenance, noise disturbance, and average service, the property is definitely not value for money. We expected a lot more from a resort of this reputation.

Location is close to most of the famous spots. Resort ambience is great, rooms are spacious, food is good.

No place if we bring our car. No room for driver that costs us extra. Staff was good but needs some improvement.

We stayed at Windflower Mysore this weekend and had a wonderful experience. Even though the property is a little old, the service and hospitality were absolutely top-notch. The entire place was extremely clean and well maintained, and every staff member we interacted with was warm, polite, and very people-friendly. Big rooms and amazing bed and bath for a reasonable price. A special shout-out to the dining team, the staff were exceptional and made us feel personally cared for. The chef ensured we had a table even during peak breakfast time and constantly checked if we were comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed every meal we ate. The cockatoo at the reception was a fun and unexpected surprise, such a cute touch! Loved seeing monkeys, ducks, and dogs around the property as well, which made the whole stay even more charming and memorable. Overall, a fantastic and peaceful place to stay. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommend!

The food was excellent. Room service and hospitality is top notch. Staff are always available and act quickly for any service asked. Location is also perfect as we can see Chamundi hills and chamundi temple from room balcony itself.

We had a wonderful stay at The Windflower Spa and Resort in Mysuru. The location is perfect, as it is conveniently close to all the major Mysuru attractions, making our sightseeing trips easy and hassle-free. The staff at the resort are incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant experience especially Chaitra, Khushi, and Mr Mujahid. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The resort itself is a true oasis of tranquility. It's spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, with lush greenery everywhere that makes you feel closer to nature. The amazing swimming pool is a highlight, and we spent hours relaxing by it. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and we highly recommend the fountain view. The beautiful view of the fountain from our window was absolutely worth it and added a touch of magic to our stay. The food was another pleasant surprise. The buffet had a great variety of dishes, and everything we tasted was delicious. Overall, The Windflower Spa and Resort offers a fantastic experience that is worth every penny. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Mysuru.
