Review Of The Windflower Resorts & Spa

Property is very good, staff are very good, food is also good, overall very good experience. Rooms are maintained and very clean, and the service is very fast and they are very friendly.

The room was not that clean and it is worn out and the phone had an issue; we could not connect to the concerned department at night, which was inconvenient.

I have visited Windflower for a day outing before. Based on my experience of that, we booked a stay of 2 nights for the family. I am sorry to say the stay was very poor. The quality of room was average. The bathrooms were stinking and was dirty. The food in the restaurant was very average for the kind of money they charged, unlike my previous experience with them. My request to the property owners is, if you are charging the kind of money you are (which is quite expensive), please provide the right kind of service. After this experience, I don’t think we would ever want to go back to the property. We are utterly disappointed.

The resort was not upto the mark for this much money. They are not serving any snacks with tea. Not much activities and nothing is there for kids as well

Great great ambience, love the services and the staff was so welcoming. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy the whole spa, but I love the swimming pool and the landscaping. An architecture really notices how things are placed in the landscapes and it's super comforting, welcoming and hundred percent.

A day stay at Windflower Prakruthi Resort and Spa was an amazing experience and rejuvenated one. I have come back with very fond memories.

Overall the resort was ok, not much activities for kids. Maintenance was not up to mark. Evening tea should include some snacks. Everything was chargeable. Did not feel like value for money paid for the villa room.

a beautiful resort with full greenery. clean hygienic rooms and glass roof washrooms. private balcony. delicious food especially their breakfast spread. definitely recommend.

We had an excellent overnight stay the rooms were well maintained though some minor repairs would be good. Staff is excellent and we would definitely recommend this property for a family visit.

The Hotel had no phone signal, The billing experience was poor. They were rude and not willing to give a GST invoice.

Property is good for family holiday but it’s too far and isolated from main city. Food delivery takes more than 45 minutes. Breakfast had variety and service was good

Location,surrounding , food, activities are excellent..rooms were average..they need to upgrade and renovate..most of setup was rusted,stinking and not uniform in similar rooms.. while approach to rooms is wheelchair accessible, the bathroom setup is not old age friendly..

The property looks very old

The dressing mirror in the bedroom was very small and my children who are close to 6 feet had difficult time . Infact they had placed a wooden chair right there which confined the room space. There wasn't enough space to move the chair anywhere. The only thing about this place was the location, away from city buzz. I would have rated them good if all these were taken care off. After all, we pay to come and relax and yet we go with disappointment. But what was good was the quick response and service we had from housekeeping and room service staff. They were humble too.
