Super place, would like thank Tamara to make our stay nice. Everything was so perfect the stay, the place, the employees of Tamara everything was super good. Specially to mentioned Bhoutika at reception, Sohail at the Bar, Lalita at the Yoga temple, Shipra at Resturant. It was like visiting someone who loves your family and you. Thank you team Tamara.

Breathtakingly beautiful view from the balcony with greenery across the property. Best in class service and amazing staff eager to help. The property itself feels luxurious and thankfully there is more untouched forest land than cottages. This was our 2nd time to Tamara

cozy cottages nestled in natur
The location and the view from the rooms are absolutely beautiful. I visited this property with my mom, and the room was luxurious with cozy wooden interiors and a spectacular view from the balcony. The real highlight for us was the service and hospitality of the staff they were very warm, homely, treated guests with utmost care. The food was also good, with great attention to detail. This resort truly had some of the best staff we’ve experienced. Looking forward to visiting again during the rainy season, as we missed the waterfall at the restaurant this time.

Not value for money
For the price tag the Tamara Coorg did not meet the expectations, the cottages looked overused, the food was very disappointing and the restaurant service was below standards.

Excellent stay at Tamara
We visited tamara this week and it was a brilliant experience all together. From the easy check in at the reception by Mr Zafar, the wonderful cozy rooms at the resort, amazing hospitality, great food by the chefs, indeed was a memorable experience for us. Hospitality at its best, and wonderful service by Priyanshu Raj needs special mention. We would love to return to this property in the future

Tough roads, Serene stay
The forested plantation guided tour was very informative and entertaining. The whole coffee bean to brew experience was equally mindblowing. Food was excellent just as promised, and so were the rooms wonderful and cozy. The air is fresh and the ambience soothing. However, the road to Tamara is long and bumpy and the resort is in a very, very remote locale - you will likely lose patience, so be very sure that you are up to it beforehand.

A walk through heaven
Tamara is always a pleasent experience. Good points being amazing customer service and staff, Descent food, large property to walk around. coffee plantation tour was amazing even in high rainfall. Work is needed in terms of transport, the bugee ride takes 20 mins prior booking, it's a large property so to get from one place to another was very difficult. it's very frustrating at times but staffs were very helpful.Only wish it gets better

The Hotel has a strange policy of not allowing kids under 12, hence was denied the check-in despite earnest requests made. We booked two rooms for a family of four and one of the child was 11 years old.
