The property is not at all according to the hotel rating shown online. The hotel looks very old and poorly maintained. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and despite informing the staff, the issue was not properly resolved. Unfortunately, my kid got sick the next day, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, especially when traveling with family. I would not recommend this hotel, particularly for families with children.

Satay was wonderful but breakfast experience was bad

Overall, everything was good. However, the food was disappointing. It didn’t look fresh, lacked taste, and seemed to have very little or no salt. I hope this can be improved.

the location was very near to all the places I wanted to visit. the food was pretty good. even the amenities were very adequate. there were some issues with the washroom but as soon as they were informed to the staff at housekeeping...they were resolved very promptly with speed. so no hassles at all. the staff was very welcoming and courteous. overall a very good stay.
