THOUROUGLY ENJOYABLE UNDERSTATED LUXURY

Location was truly amazing, food is great, swimming pool and speed boat ride really pepped up our mood. The spa services was also great. However, the room service was not up to the mark.

We had a wonderful stay! The ambience was excellent, and the location is very convenient close to the city yet peaceful. It’s a lovely place overall, though adding a few more activities for kids would make the experience even better.

Quiet place with nice ambience, lot of activities, exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. View from our balcony was breathtaking. I would recommend the stay for memorable luxury and relaxing experience.

Property is located adjacent to back waters. It's a beautiful property with lavish lawns, walking trails along the woods, yoga sessions, Ayurvedic spa, swimming pool. Rooms are excellent and service, staff is too good.

Excellent food and hospitality. But no use when AC is not working and unattended in spite of repeated follow up.

First the Pros. The resort is located amidst serene and green environment on the banks of the river Chaliyar. Rooms are clean and spacious. But you should avoid rooms which are close to the Highway bridge. Then the Cons. Hotel's management is poor. We had booked the Hotel's motor boat for 30 minutes at 5.30 pm on 19 December 2025. We are aged people - 74 and 69. With great difficulty, we went down all the way to the boat jetty. But the hotel person at the jetty allowed other people to board the boat at 5.30 pm. It gets dark at 6 pm. So there was no point to do boating after that. We were disappointed with this type of mismanagement and climbed up with with great difficulty. Also, at the time of breakfast and lunch, we find that the service is very poor. You place an order and the item will not be brought to your table. You have to repeatedly chase the staff to get your order.

The coordination at the Ayurvedic Spa was poor. Didn't honour our appointment and gave the slot to someone else while we were waiting. Wasted our day and didn't value the customer.

Raviz is an excellent heritage property. Go there to feel pampered and treated like aristocracy. The way the staff treat you every single time with a smile and a Namaskaram just gives you a feeling of exquisiteness. The food is excellent and the location, the views and the ambience is simply perfect. Can’t wait to go there again!

One of the best 5* resort I stayed. The entire staff was very polite and cooperative. The room was fabulous and the bathroom was top notch. The breakfast was sumptuous with variety of items. The lunch and dinner was awesome. The location and campus is astonishing with lush green surrounding. Overall an unforgettable stay.

Nice stay, Good rooms, Large pool and delicious food. Kids friendly with a lot of activities. We enjoyed our time at Raviz Kadavu.

My stay was very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. The property’s location was okay, but the overall experience was far below expectations. The room was not properly maintained, the amenities were either missing or not functioning well, and the service was very poor. Food quality was average and not value for the price charged. I expected a comfortable and pleasant stay, but it was a waste of money. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
