The stay at the hotel was excellent. They have clean rooms. The washrooms were also very clean. They have in house restaurant Naivedyam, which comfortably provides food without onion and garlic. It's a pure vegetarian restaurant. The food was amazing. I must mention one waiter, Mr. Raj Singh, who rendered exceptional service smilingly. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Hotel service and housekeeping is not up to the mark. Restaurant serves good food. Air conditioning was not efficiently working. Hot water and cold water in shower had a problem.

Had booked 2 executive rooms. was given only 1 executive room and 1 normal room saying that some marriage party had extended the room, and we were not even refunded the difference. 2109 was the room no only 1 chair in the room loud music was being played all the time. Did not lower the volume after multiple requests. Breakfast also not upto the mark. Hotel Ramayana was noting less than a nightmare for me and my family.

Everything was very perfect. Room and its all amenities were very hygienic. Staff was very polite and well trained. Location was very perfect for darsan. Hope to visit again with family.

Property is located at a good location. Good ambience, rooms are spacious and comfortable. In room toiletries are of good quality. But breakfast buffet was poor, I had paid additional for the buffet. Food variety was less, most of the items exhausted by 10 AM and whatever was available was very low quality. Croissants, muffins, idli chocos all finished. Staff were running around like chickens totally clueless and confused. It is good place to stay, room service is good, food quality in room service is good, but avoid breakfast buffet it is waste of time and money.

Not recommended. Hotel has a policy to nickel and dime you and does not provide a professional service expected from hospitality industry. they are like a lala led business in the grab of looking professional. they charged us more than listed price for roll on bed and double charged us on top, even though we took that just in one room. rooms are small with no windows. bed is small even though they claim it to be a king size bed. they didn't like the fact that it was booked with MMT for some reason. even though we mentioned 2+1 child in booking, they made a fuss about it. they could have simply been more professional and welcoming.

The charge is very high. The washroom condition is very poor. Shower and toilet jet not working. No window in room. Breakfast quality is average. We are not satisfied.

hotel is located closer & reachable distance to the temple is a great advantage with beautiful ambience. The staff very cooperative The food was superb. The service was very nice & senior citizen friendly making the Ayodhya trip memorable.

Hotel was good and its location was very good. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. However the initial room given by front desk was having no window. The front desk told you should have directly contacted the hotel instead of MMT. I told them that there was nothing of that sort that this room had no window was in MMT. Finally they changed my room to a room which had window. Please do indicate that the room has no window for others at least in future. I would never book a room without a window. Food in restaurant was good. Breakfast is good.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, which made the experience relaxing. The staff were very helpful and polite throughout our visit. They also kindly honored my mother’s request by preparing food without onion and garlic, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a thoughtful and comfortable stay.
