Poor service. Despite informing early at reception, they didn't check in on time. The lady at the reception was extremely arrogant. Room was clumsy.

Terrible Stay

1. we were not welcomed with the welcome drinks. 2. Door Key was not working at the first attempt itself and need to wait till housekeeping came. 3 hot water was not coming 4. AC was not working whole night 5.food came so late that we were forced to eat late 6. Ordered food came without vegetable 7. Bad smell coming all the time inside the non smoking room 8. Water quality was not good 9. Charges were very high and not to the mark services were seen

Excellent stay in Pride Hotel Nagpur, rooms are neat and clean. Front office staff was cooperative. Restaurant staff was also polite. Priyanka greeted us well. Laalu Prasad Sir helped us during our stay.

It was a really good experience in pride hotel. Such a nice location. Restaurant ambience was really good. Rooms are neat and clean. Proper hygiene maintained. From front office Priyanka taking care to us during stay. However, stay was really wonderful.
