hospitality is unmatched, have stayed at many 5 stars, but this hits different, feels like home, but with swoonworthy ambience, we will definitely stay here, if we go back to Shimla

This was one of my most memorable stays ever. The property has a charm that takes you into a different world. It is very well maintained and surely gives you the feeling of staying in a top class 5 star property. The service is top notch. Really enjoyed the swimming pool and the recreational area.

What a fantastic stay in such a beautiful heritage hotel so full of history and memories! Excellent service provided from the moment you step in this nice property till you sit in your car! It was very very nice! Location was very good and view from our room simply exceeded our expectations! We loved our stay and look forward to coming back soon!

Old vintage property, beautifully maintained and great hospitality. Food was just awesome. Located near Himachal Vidhan Sabha, quite place to stay. Temperature controlled swimming pool, nice activity area for kids.

Our stay at The Oberoi Cecil was truly exceptional. The hospitality was outstanding—every staff member was incredibly attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The service was prompt and seamless throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and the room was extremely comfortable, especially the bed and pillows which ensured a great night’s sleep. A special mention for the thoughtful gesture of arranging a cake for my husband’s birthday and beautifully decorating the room—it made the celebration even more memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with genuine 5-star treatment. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay ..the staff is super warm and the stay was comfortable ..they extended our check out time till 3 pm which is super unusual and very sweet of them ..our kids loved every activity ..

We had an awesome stay at Oberoi, it was our second stay after 10 yrs. First of all, we received a royal Indian welcome and a complimentary Cake on the first day. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and courteous. We felt most welcomed, pampered and cared for. Secondly , the Kids play area was great, with lots of options ranging from pool, air hokey & fooseball to play tents, there was a dedicated staff to help the kids. The kids received two cute little teddy bears. Reading food, The breakfast was awesome , filling and truly international. The ala carte menu for lunch and dinner was also awesome, although food was pretty decent, the service and attitude of the waiters and chefs were exemplary. I should not leave out the warmed pool which is always kept at 29 degrees. Very clean and fun, with options for kids like floating boards and floating rings. We had many memory making moments. Finally they also offered some complimentary services like drying our clothes . Overall the stay was truly memorable, magical and awesome. 5 Star Where is my discount for this review.? Please

It was a superb experience to be there, the staff is so cooperative, polite, and helpful. The khichdi is so delicious and fresh. Rooms are also very cozy and comfortable.

Overall a good experience but food was disappointing

short of words to describe this property. location is on the main road leading to the mall road. the road on which the hotel is located leads to the mall. 300 meters from hotel is the road on which cards are prohibited. another 2 km walk and you are at mall food hospitality ambience top notch. Kudos the entire team.

The hospitality food and overall service was very great the staff is very courteous. Looking forward to visit again
