It felt something out of this world. The stay, food, staff, ambiance everything was just amazing Looking forward to book it again

The stay was good ... Natural beauty ... Food was not great according to the price point ... My husband booked a surprise separate section for my anniversary they charged 8650 ... The food was same as buffet and the space was also not decorated or anything done for special event after charging so much ... Apart from that most activities were paid for .... We asked for complimentary upgrade or minimum charge for but that was also not provided ... For jungle room 6000 extra for a day so inspite of the higher charges the service and food is not up to the mark ... Though some staff were very helpful and some were reluctant to help or be courteous

Stayed at The Machan – Starlight Machan, and it was genuinely one of the most memorable stays. Surrounded by forest, the property offers complete peace and a beautiful sense of disconnect from city chaos. The Starlight Machan was the highlight — glass walls, retractable roof, plunge pool, and stunning views made the entire experience feel special. At night, the sky view was magical, and mornings on the deck with sunrise were equally beautiful. The food was comforting, fresh, and added to the relaxed experience. Staff was courteous and helpful throughout the stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious nature escape with privacy, calm, and a unique stay experience, this is absolutely worth it. Perfect for couples or anyone needing a reset. Would happily visit again.

The property is an excellent option if you are looking to connect with nature at the closest. In the middle of the forest, the weather also felt extremely pleasant and the stay was located at a premium location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Food was also really delicious and we really enjoyed our time at The Machan. Would recommend everyone to visit at least once, especially during winters to experience the amazing weather.

Serene experience as always. Food is good and many activities to engage. Spa and nature walks are worth.

The overall stay at the property was really amazing! Including the food and the rooms. Just one feedback that even after multiple reminders about the guest staying at your property had an important day to celebrate such as his birthday, your small gesture would have elevated the experience of the guest to some other level. Such small gestures make the customer feel valued. Just a small feedback, because after reminding the staff 4-5 times there was no response or action from their end.

Great property, one of a kind landscape and rooms are very peaceful and private. Very cheerful and helpful staff, always available.

have called multiple times to both MakeMyTrip and The Machan Hotel. At the time of check-in, the hotel informed me that they would provide the invoice. Later, the hotel said the invoice would be provided by MakeMyTrip. When I contacted MakeMyTrip, they said the invoice would be provided by the hotel. Because of this, I am still unable to get my tax invoice.

It was an memorable experience of jungle life in Machan Lonavla. Booking through Make My Trip made our life easier and cheaper as compared to other portals.

It was phenomenal perfect getaway for a weekend trip. Make sure to go on weekdays if you can. The fare will be better and less crowd in Lonavala. I am coming back to Machan ASAP!

It was a pleasure staying at Machan. However, one important concern is that there is no provision for a night halt for my driver, nor are there any nearby hotels or food options available for him. This lack of basic accommodation and meals for drivers is quite disappointing.

Everything is good for couples

As for new experience, we went for starlight Machan. Open roof was not operational and it was not informed prior or while doing check-in. It was liked we payed huge price for nothing. I had given same feedback which later i was asked to rewrite the feedback with verbal communication to compensate on our next visit. For which there is no turn up from there side, disappointed with the customer service

Excellent stay amidst nature. The views & weather were breathtaking. Bathtub at the balcony deck is a one of a kind experience.
