have called multiple times to both MakeMyTrip and The Machan Hotel. At the time of check-in, the hotel informed me that they would provide the invoice. Later, the hotel said the invoice would be provided by MakeMyTrip. When I contacted MakeMyTrip, they said the invoice would be provided by the hotel. Because of this, I am still unable to get my tax invoice.

It was an memorable experience of jungle life in Machan Lonavla. Booking through Make My Trip made our life easier and cheaper as compared to other portals.

It was phenomenal perfect getaway for a weekend trip. Make sure to go on weekdays if you can. The fare will be better and less crowd in Lonavala. I am coming back to Machan ASAP!

Truly amazing experience the best place to connect with yourself. The resort was fully accommodated during weekdays also most important I have got 7-star hospitality experience which is truly appreciated. The one who loves nature should truly visit. Thank you.

It was a pleasure staying at Machan. However, one important concern is that there is no provision for a night halt for my driver, nor are there any nearby hotels or food options available for him. This lack of basic accommodation and meals for drivers is quite disappointing.

Everything is good for couples

As for new experience, we went for starlight Machan. Open roof was not operational and it was not informed prior or while doing check-in. It was liked we payed huge price for nothing. I had given same feedback which later i was asked to rewrite the feedback with verbal communication to compensate on our next visit. For which there is no turn up from there side, disappointed with the customer service

Excellent stay amidst nature. The views & weather were breathtaking. Bathtub at the balcony deck is a one of a kind experience.

Scenic, nature’s beauty, serenity, nestled in forest land away from concrete jungles in city. Inside property, lot of forest trails, a lake, flora and fauna and abode to diverse wild life too. Waking up to birds chirping

I was at the property during monsoon with my family. Unique structure, tasty food, awesome weather, great service & pleasant weather made our stay truly memorable. It's not for everyone or anyone but for the lovers of nature only.

Beautiful location and property..worth the hype Food is pretty average and very costly. A la carte menu is too small. Amenities - Nothing special mini bar prices are 3-5times original price. Hardly anything is complimentary. Service is very good. All staff are well trained and soft spoken.

Location is good for nature lovers. It is like a retreat centre. Food is good but a bit expensive. No activities for kids. Staff is good and polite. There is no Internet connection. Overall good experience but a bit too expensive for small tho he like internet, water.

• Room and ambience is amazing. Serenity at its best completely in the lap of the nature. Service is good. Service staff during breakfast is very good. They attend to you almost instantly. Now the bad part is their food which requires major improvement. Dinner buffet is below average. Breakfast buffet is decent. Food is steeply priced. Ordered pizza in room which costed about 1000+taxes yet a homemade pizza would taste better than that. Would not pay 200 for that pizza. Got daal khichdi on special request (not on their menu which is very limited and did not have the guts to order anything else after the pizza) which i thoroughly enjoyed chicken tikka was decent too. Zero network and connectivity and wifi is extremely expensive only on chargeable basis. If you need to work on vacation like us this is an expensive place as we paid 2.5 k on wifi during our 3 nights stay. It is not mentioned on their website that wifi is not available for free. You can access it from reception only. Overall very steep pricing.

Location and facilities are very good. I was told they have WiFi at the resort but it is chargeable and not free. Food was ok ok

The stay was amazing and the property took us close to nature. The Jungle Machan we stayed at had a fantastic sunset deck. The in house food at all the restaurant was above our expectations and the basics were done right. I would highly recommend Machan for your next stay as you’d like to disconnect from the city.
